Work ITAS is intended for foreign nationals who will work legally in Indonesia under an Indonesian company or employer. The permit is available for 6 months or 12 months, depending on the employment arrangement and applicable immigration requirements.

Company Requirements
- Deed of Establishment and Legalization
- GMS (General Meeting of Shareholders)
- Ministry of Law and Human Rights Decree
- NPWP (Tax Identification Number)
- NIB (Business Identification Number)
NOTE:
- All payments must be made in advance before the process starts.
- The process takes around 8 weeks (can be more or less) and can only begin after all requirements are complete.
- Particularly for Investor ITAS, the applicant must have shares worth more than Rp 10 billion.
- All required documents MUST BE scanned in original color.
- Documents in languages other than English MUST BE translated into Bahasa Indonesia and legalized by a Sworn Translator.
- After a foreign worker has been working in Indonesia for a minimum of 6 months, it is mandatory to obtain:
- Personal domicile letter
- NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number)
- BPJS Kesehatan registration
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration
- The ratio of foreign workers to Indonesian staff in a company must be 1:10.
