Family Union ITAS is intended for foreign nationals who want to stay in Indonesia together with their spouse or family members. This permit is suitable for family reunification purposes and allows the holder to stay in Indonesia for up to 12 months.

Please note that holders of this ITAS are not permitted to work in Indonesia.

Validity for 12 months
Fees:

• New Process: Rp 12.000.000, including 12 months of multiple re-entry permit
• Extension Process: Rp 9.500.000, including 12 months of multiple re-entry permit

Requirements

1. Passport full pages, including at least 3 empty pages with a minimum validity of 36 months.
2. Marriage certificate.
3. Birth certificate for children.
4. Photo (4×6) with red background, neatly dressed with collared shirt.
5. Bank statement for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of Rp 50.000.000.

NOTE:

1. All payments must be made in advance before the process starts.
2. The process takes around 8 weeks (can be more or less) and can only begin after all requirements are complete.
3. Particularly for Investor ITAS, the applicant must have shares worth more than Rp 10 billion.
4. All required documents MUST BE scanned in original color.
5. Documents in languages other than English MUST BE translated into Bahasa Indonesia and legalized by a Sworn Translator.
6. After a foreign worker has been working in Indonesia for a minimum of 6 months, it is mandatory to obtain:
   • Personal domicile letter
   • NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number)
   • BPJS Kesehatan registration
   • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration
7. The ratio of foreign workers to Indonesian staff in a company must be 1:10.

COMPANY DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS – SCANNED IN ORIGINAL COLOR

1. NIB RBA (complete package).
2. Deed of Establishment and any amendments, including legalization from the Ministry of Justice in Jakarta.
   Note: If the nominal share value stated in the deed is in USD, a statement from a notary showing the nominal share value in Rupiah must be attached.
3. Domicile Letter from the Chief of Village.
   Note: If the company wants to include other provinces in the work permit, all company documents processed for those provinces must also be provided.
4. NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) Card.
5. Company organizational chart.
6. Bank statement for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of USD 10,000.
7. KTP/Passport and NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) from:
   • Company Director
   • HR Staff
   • 1 local staff member
8. Company letterhead.
9. Wajib Lapor Online (WLKP).
