ITAP is a long-term permanent stay permit for eligible foreign nationals who have fulfilled the required immigration conditions in Indonesia. It allows the holder to stay in Indonesia for an extended period and includes a multiple re-entry permit.

• Fee Process
  Rp 45.000.000, including 5 years of multiple re-entry permit.
• Requirements
  All personal documents and immigration documents obtained during the 5 years holding the ITAS.

NOTE:

1. All payments must be made in advance before the process starts.
2. The process takes around 8 weeks (can be more or less) and can only begin after all requirements are complete.
3. Particularly for Investor ITAS, the applicant must have shares worth more than Rp 10 billion.
4. All required documents MUST BE scanned in original color.
5. Documents in languages other than English MUST BE translated into Bahasa Indonesia and legalized by a Sworn Translator.
6. After a foreign worker has been working in Indonesia for a minimum of 6 months, it is mandatory to obtain:
   • Personal domicile letter
   • NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number)
   • BPJS Kesehatan registration
   • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration
7. The ratio of foreign workers to Indonesian staff in a company must be 1:10.

• Certificate of Residence (SKTT)

Specific Requirements Based on Application Category:

1. Marriage Route (Spouse of an Indonesian Citizen)
Marriage must have been ongoing for at least 2 years:

• Marriage Certificate / Marriage Deed registered with the relevant authority
• Indonesian spouse’s ID Card (KTP) & Family Card (KK)

2. Employment Route / Expatriate

• KITAS (with the same company for at least 3–5 years) and holding a position as Director or Commissioner

3. Investor Route (PMA)

• Own shares worth IDR 15 billion
• The PT PMA company must be active and operational

• Deed of Establishment and Legalization
• GMS (General Meeting of Shareholders)
• Ministry of Law and Human Rights Decree
• NPWP (Tax Identification Number)
• NIB (Business Identification Number)
• Company Bank Statements for the Last 3 Months (or a declaration letter if the bank account is newly opened)
